SOPA Restaurant – where Spanish Cuisine Art is found in Bangkok

Introducing a young talented Chef from Thailand, Chef Capper who experienced working in Paris, Madrid and 3 Michelin Star “Cenador de amos” from Cantabria, Spain.

As Spanish dishes is his passion, Chef decided to return to his hometown and open an authentic Spanish fine dining called SOPA restaurant. Located in Bangphlat, Sirindhorn Road, SOPA restaurant was designed with an open kitchen concept. Customers can enjoy seeing details of work that chef and his team beautifully created dish by dish.

“I found Spanish Food is interesting. Its unique taste is similar to Asian cuisine. Not many people know about Spanish food as most famous chefs only work in Spain. I decided to come back to Thailand and open a Spanish cuisine fine dining, and determine to make SOPA restaurant the 1st Spanish restaurant with “3 Stars Michelin restaurant” in Thailand. -Chef Capper
