ScanBox Review by Culinary Competition Chef

As a culinary competition chef, one of the most valuable equipment during cooking contest for me is ScanBox. Not only does it keep the food warm with consistant temperature while preserving our food quality, but it also acts like a mini storage for ingredients during the competition. It is super light, and yet heavy duty, easy to move around with its hefty wheels.

Personally, Scan Box is definitely a vital equipment for important events and catering, and not only for culinary competition. It is a big thermo box that assures your food is safe from overcooking. Most important- very light in weight, and easy to transport from one point to another.
