This machine is ideal for restaurants with a 50/70 seat capacity. It is a hard wearing and easy to use machine which can be used to make a range of fresh pasta shapes using any type of flour: soft wheat, durum wheat semolina, whole wheat, etc. It is economical to use because ingredients can be dosed as desired.

Description
Bottene PM50 fresh pasta making machines can mix flour at capacity of 5 kg per time, and extrude different shapes of pasta at 12-13 kg per hour. It requires no maintenance except for normal operation cleaning. Each machine comes with 4 standard dies, cleaning accessories, keys, and liquid dispenser.

1 year on equipment under manufacturing defect from date of purchase. No warranty for dies
