This is the ideal machine for restaurants seating up to 50 approx. It is easy to use and can be used to make a range of fresh pasta formats with any type of flour: soft wheat, durum wheat semolina, whole wheat, etc. Pasta can be made either with or without eggs and in different colours: tomato or beetroot red, spinach green, cocoa brown, etc.

Description
Bottene PM35 fresh pasta making machines can mix flour at capacity of 3.5 kg per time, and extrude different shapes of pasta at 8 to 9 kg per hour. It requires no maintenance except for normal operation cleaning. Each machine comes with 4 standard dies, automatic pasta cutter for short pasta, cleaning accessories, keys, and liquid dispenser.
Warranty:
1 year on equipment under manufacturing defect from date of purchase. No warranty for dies
